This Station 3 wedding in Houston, TX was a perfect blend of Boston elegance and Louisiana soul—with a laid-back boho-chic twist. The bride, originally from Boston, brought all the New England sophistication to the day, while the groom’s Louisiana roots added that relaxed, vibrant energy. We absolutely loved documenting every moment of this stylish and heartfelt celebration! We began the day at a beautifully lit white AirBnB, where the bride got ready with her bridesmaids. The soft, natural light made for dreamy prep photos. The bridesmaids wore pink-toned dresses in a variety of styles—mismatched but perfectly cohesive. Once the bride slipped into her gown, we headed over to the industrial-chic Station 3 venue.
Champagne Pops, Sweet Vows & Skyline Portraits
We kicked things off at Station 3 with indoor portraits upstairs in the reception space, which was already beautifully decorated. The bride and her crew popped some champagne, and the laughter and excitement in those moments really set the tone for the rest of the day. While the ladies relaxed, we headed out with the groom and his groomsmen for some fun outdoor group shots. They brought the party vibes, and we captured a great mix of candid and posed moments. The ceremony was heartfelt and personal, filled with sweet glances and meaningful vows. Immediately after, we gathered everyone outside for some lively group photos, and then took a quiet moment for our favorite portraits of the day: the bride and groom crossing the street with the downtown Houston skyline behind them—pure magic. Dinner upstairs was all about emotional speeches and sweet toasts, mingling and a lovely cake cutting moment. Then it was time to shift to the first floor, where the dance party kicked off in full force. After the first dance and some nighttime shots outside, we left the couple dancing and celebrating with their people—exactly how every great wedding should end.
