First Look, Dried Flowers, and Golden Hour Magic
This Hill Country sunset wedding at Amsler Hills Winery near Sealy and Bellville was relaxed, joyful, and full of golden light. Nothing felt rushed or overly structured. It was one of those days that just unfolded naturally, exactly how a wedding should feel. We kicked things off with a first look, and the standout detail was the bride’s bouquet made entirely of dried flowers. It was such a cool, unexpected touch and fit the winery setting perfectly. For portraits, we explored the property together, stopping by the lake and weaving through the vines. The couple was completely at ease, dancing, laughing, kissing, and just being themselves the entire time. There was no posing pressure, just movement and connection. And the sunset. Truly unreal. The kind of soft, glowing, all-gold light that Hill Country weddings are known for, and a dream for sunset wedding photography.
Lakeside Ceremony and the Best Kind of Celebration
The ceremony took place overlooking the lake, with the sun slowly dropping behind the hills. After the i dos and a few more portraits in that golden light, the couple headed back to the venue for the perfect post ceremony plan. Hot dogs, big smiles, and a whole lot of celebrating. Simple, fun, and exactly what they wanted. As the sun went down, we left them soaking it all in and celebrating one of the best days of their lives.
