A Celebration Full of Color and Tradition
Some weddings just have that special kind of magic, and this one at Lott Hall Historic Clubhouse in Hermann Park was exactly that. As Houston wedding photographers, we were excited to capture such a vibrant and meaningful celebration. When we first arrived, it was pouring—but by some miracle, the rain stopped just in time for the outdoor Jewish wedding ceremony. And wow, was it worth the wait! The space was bursting with color, from the gorgeous wedding floral arrangements to the most amazing handmade chuppah decorated with colorful ribbons (a beautiful gift from the bride’s friends). These details added so much personality and heart to the day — a dream for any Houston Jewish wedding photographer.
A Laid-Back Reception with Unforgettable Moments
After the joyful “Mazel Tov!” and some heartfelt family portraits, the sky treated us to a stunning pink sunset. It made for some absolutely dreamy golden hour wedding portraits of the newlyweds. This was one of those moments that make sunset wedding photography in Houston truly special. The wedding reception at Lott Hall had such a laid-back, intimate feel, with the bride and groom enjoying real moments with their guests instead of sticking to a strict timeline. Then came the best surprise of the night — the groom jumped on stage with his band for a live wedding performance! The energy was incredible, and it was the perfect way to wrap up such a fun and heartfelt celebration.
