We had so much fun photographing this dreamy bridal session at Mercer Botanic Gardens in Humble, just outside Houston. If you love nature, flowers, and beautiful outdoor portraits, this place is such a fun spot to explore. We arrived as the sun was getting lower, and the gardens were glowing. We wandered along the winding paths surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers, stopping whenever we found a pretty little corner for portraits. The bride looked absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the contrast between her dress and all the natural colors around her.

There are so many different spots to photograph at Mercer Botanic Gardens. We made our way around the fountains, statues, bridges, and quiet garden paths before stopping by the lake to catch that beautiful golden light reflecting on the water. The soft evening sun gave everything a warm, romantic feel, and the whole session felt relaxed and peaceful. One of our favorite things about photographing at Mercer Botanic Gardens is how much variety you can get in one location. One moment you’re surrounded by flowers and greenery, and a few steps later you’re by the water or walking through a completely different part of the garden.
