A Timeless Celebration Full of Love and Style
We had the incredible honor of documenting the wedding of Laurel Johnson—runner-up of Survivor: Ghost Island and one of the show’s most memorable finalists—and her partner, Will Harris, in Houston, TX. Laurel and Will were not only radiant together, but they also brought an effortless style and connection that made our work behind the camera an absolute dream. Their celebration took place at the gorgeous Royal Oaks Country Club, a venue known for its classic architecture and manicured grounds. From the moment we arrived, the day was full of emotional moments, timeless details, and so much love. The ceremony was held outdoors, right by the grand staircase with sweeping views of the golf course—an intimate and emotional exchange of vows surrounded by close friends and family.
Golden Hour Portraits and a Sparkling Ballroom Reception
As the sun set, we stepped out with Laurel and Will for golden hour portraits, and the light could not have been more perfect. These are some of our favorite frames from the day—romantic, cinematic, and full of joy. The reception inside the ballroom was equally stunning. Under sparkling chandeliers and surrounded by lush florals, the evening flowed with heartfelt toasts, incredible food, and a packed dance floor with fireworks. The celebration wrapped up with a sparkler send-off that perfectly matched the energy and love of the day.
