Elopement Full of Meaning and Southern Charm
There’s something truly special about elopements—especially when they take place somewhere as gorgeous and timeless as the 1910 Harris County Courthouse in downtown Houston. We had the absolute joy of capturing Irelys and Noel’s sweet courthouse wedding, and every moment was full of love, laughter, and meaningful details. This Houston elopement was held right on the iconic pink granite steps of the courthouse. The historic architecture, with its towering columns and classic Southern charm, made for an unforgettable backdrop for their ceremony.
A Picture-Perfect Day in Downtown Houston
Surrounded by just their closest family members, the couple said “I do” in the heart of the city—proof that small weddings can still be big on beauty. The bridal party looked amazing in their matching pink dresses, which added a soft pop of color against the warm tones of the courthouse. After the ceremony, we strolled around the grounds to capture wedding portraits under the big live oak trees and on the courthouse steps. Every corner of this downtown Houston wedding venue felt like a movie set—perfect for romantic, timeless wedding photography.
