Brandy & Kathryn’s engagement session at The Woodlands Waterway was such a fun and beautiful experience. These two showed up in stunning red and black dresses that popped perfectly against the modern cityscape—stylish, bold, and completely them. We took our time walking along the river, stopping to take portraits by the bridges, under them, and even venturing into a bit of a forested area to add some greenery into the mix. The setting gave us a great variety of urban-meets-nature shots, and their connection was so easy to capture—full of love, laughter, and quiet moments. One of my favorite stops was a giant mural: a clean white wall covered in hand-painted yellow tulips. It was colorful, whimsical, and totally unexpected. Brandy & Kathryn brought so much joy and personality to the space, and it made for some of our most playful and vibrant photos of the day.
